RFP 2019 Executive Search - Executive Search Firm to Conduct Executive Director Recruitment  

The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) is soliciting Statement of Proposals from experienced Executive Search Firms to conduct Executive Director Recruitment for HACA. HACA is recruiting for an Executive Director in anticipation of contract expiration of its current Executive Director. HACA would like to conduct its hiring of an Executive Director in such a manner that the person chosen for the position of Executive Director will be an experienced public housing, tax credit and development Executive with a proven record of leadership and excellent management skills.

HACA was founded in 1937 to provide affordable housing in the City of Annapolis for families who lacked the means to purchase or rent housing at market prices. HACA’s mission is to achieve excellence by providing housing, and self-sufficiency opportunities, and by promoting customer satisfaction to enhance the quality of life for low, very-low, and moderate-income residents. The administrative office is located at 1217 Madison Street, Annapolis, MD 21403. HACA is a body corporate and politic organized under the laws of the State of Maryland. It is federally subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide decent, safe sanitary, and affordable housing to low and moderate-income families. It is regulated by the Housing Act of 1937 as amended, regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, as well as laws of the State of Maryland.

IFB 2019 Unit Turnaround for Public Housing

The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) is seeking bids from qualified, licensed companies to clean, paint and do routine repairs to vacated apartment units to prepare them to be rented. The contractor shall furnish and maintain all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to prepare vacant apartments to be rented. HACA will supply paint, cleaning products andbuilding supplies as listed in Attachment A: Technical Specifications.

RFP # 2019 Trades Agreement 

In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) is now soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities to provide Carpentry, Concrete and Asphalt repair, Drywall installation, Electrical, Elevated Electrical, Environmental Testing, Fencing, Glass, Locksmith, HVAC, Pest control, Playground repair, plumbing, pressure washing, remediation, roofing, tree and brush, and turn unit services. The Authority intends to award multiple contracts. As needed work under the contract shall be authorized primarily by individual task orders on a project-by-project basis. Each task order shall reference a scope of work for that specific project and include a fixed fee and a completion date.

HACA is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to establish multiple award contracts for General Construction Services using Job Order Contracting (JOC) or task order services for repairs, alterations, modernization, rehabilitation, and minor new construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property in accordance with all terms and conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The indefinite quantity and delivery or Job Order contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods at HACA's sole discretion.
