New Request for Proposals for Regional Project-Based Voucher Program

HACA is a partner with the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) and others in the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. On behalf of the partners, BMC is seeking qualified and experienced developers to apply for affordable housing subsidies for either new construction or substantial rehabilitation of an existing property.

Proposals will be considered by BMC on a rolling basis in the order they are received. The RFP will be open until Friday, September 15, 2017 or until all 84 available vouchers have been awarded, whichever comes first. The RFP applies to multifamily developments and scattered site developments.

BMC will host a pre-proposal conference for interested developers on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.

Note: This RFP is being managed by BMC, not by HACA. Written questions about this procurement should be sent to Dan Pontious at BMC will post answers to all submitted questions on the Baltimore Regional PBV Program web page.
