The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) has drafted its proposed Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan, which describes the budget for its Capital Funds allocated by HUD to assist with capital and management activities, including the development, financing, and modernization of Public Housing, the addressing of deferred maintenance needs, and management improvements. HACA is seeking public comment on the proposed Plan at a public hearing via video conference on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 5:30 pm.
