The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) posted its proposed Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan on April 21, 2021, which describes the budget for its Capital Funds allocated by HUD to assist with capital and management activities, including the development, financing, and modernization of Public Housing, the addressing of deferred maintenance needs, and management improvements. A public hearing will be conducted to receive comments on the plan.
