HACA has partnered with The Community Builders to substantially rehabilitate all 154 homes in the Morris H. Blum Apartments (formerly Glenwood High-rise). A construction program, budget, and financing package will be under development through 2021, with an anticipated construction start in 2022.

Current amenities expected to be enhanced during the renovation include:
